Fantastic Results at Sheboygan Chess Tourney

Our kids did a fantastic job at the Sheboygan chess tournament held at the North High School this past Saturday. Four of our kids (David Gunn, Steven Yang, Archish Sridhar, and Jack Wypiszynski) attended the well run chess event. All four played in the WSCF K6 division.

Jack Wypiszynski did a great job at his very first chess tournament and came away with 3.0 pts. David Gunn won 1st place again with 5.0 pts while Archish Sridhar won 4th place. Steven and David, representing Donges Bay, won the 3rd place team trophy, despite only having two players.

On the same weekend, Anish Kusukuntla participated in the St. John The Evangelist chess tournament in Greenfield and also won 1st place in the K6 division. Two first places in one weekend! Congrats and great job to all players. Let’s keep the fantastic results coming!
